We report preliminary results on whether su h sele tion ould result in a reorganization of the state spa e of the system. For the hosen parameters, the evolution moves the system slightly toward the more ordered part of the phase diagram. We also nd that strong memory e e ts ause the Derrida annealed approximation to give erroneous predi tions about the model's phase diagram.
